I work for a male boss back then 2006 in Edo State i went through hell, in Abuja 2012 female boss i went through hell and fire (hell fire).
Since then i said to myself "strife to be your own boss" I guess it's paying me that way now because you can decide to report to work or not.

Not even Jonathan or Buhari can be my boss maybe later but not now.
Devil is time you obey me so i say to you "get off my way"

It all depends on the nature of job. Self establishment of being the director is a sure and better option. We pray God to guide and help us achieve our dream in life.

I'd prefer any, but I currently have a female one.

I prefer Male Bosses. They are more logical. Female Bosses are harder to please. I just focus on doing my job well. Funny enof all the ones I work with are Females but give me max respect cus I don't get too close and I stay professional.

I have work with two male bosses and I do sure guarantee you that they are pragmatic, logical and understanding. A female boss is quite hard to please especially if she is having a bad day at home, she is on her day(menstruating) and if pregnant and having the mood swing. They(she) scrutinize everything you do and Wear. Women.......!!!!!!!! I hail thee.
Finally, all the above also boils down to the working environment and establishment.

Some guys get attention by taking orders from a sexy female boss. Weird but true.

Fenale bosses are either extremely nice or extremely tough. Male bosses are most times in-between.

I have been fortunate to have extremely nice bosses all my career (2 female, one male). I'm indifferent.
