Maybe I should go and get another phone,since 15 that I placed my order no call from konga,have contacted there customer care severally,they keep making their useless promises, non fulfilled,i ve also contacted them on facebook,still they keep telling me same thing.I don't know if the phone has been sold by the delivery guy because these is Ninja and anything can happen,or if the courier services just dropped it somewhere... had it been k express had an office in Port Harcourt I would ve gone to their office to check,if I will see the phone there. but anyway make I go find another phone buy....

I tried rooting my infinix hot with vRoot/iRoot on PC but each time the guy helping me click on "root" it reboots but it doesn't get rooted. USB debugging is on, I don't know what could be wrong. Might anyone be of help?

Thanks man! I'd check on the guy later in the day, hopefully. Still, to change/tweak imei, I downloaded mobile uncle tools already but when I click on engineer mode it just opens a blank page. Or it only opens on a rooted android? Screenshot below.
