I am really optimistic about Ambode. He actually ran the most comprehensive and robust candidate, of all the APC candidates, to sway delegate votes and gain the ticket. This therefore comes as no surprise. Ambode is appearing like a very proactive, highly prepared and purposeful leader. This really bodes well for Lagos. I am happy this man is my incoming Governor.

lagos is different from ekiti and anambra where rice and salt buys votes. Here the people are highly enlightened and know what they want. I breezed through several neighborhoods in lagos yesterday and saw new roads in these neighborhoods. I just can't see any reason why people from such areas would want to vote out a party that has delivered and has rendered lagos a model for other states to follow.

The way Ambode has metamorphosed from a supposedly Tinubu candidate to a Lagosians candidate is a story that should be included in the political science classes in our schools.
He has gathered so much momentum and leveraged on the good performance of the incumbent.
Based on what is on the ground, he will win very convincingly.
