Difference must be spotted between the Maitasani and Book Horam. While the former was a group of known insurgents, Book Haram are not known people. In the fight against the former, battle line was drawn hence they were in one side, the military was at the other side making it easy for the military to identify them and target them with ease. But in BH, they live and dine amongst us and are not openly identified individuals. While the former fought to live, BH are ready to die with you.
