You don't just wake up to publish misleading information, it is never accepted anywhere. I am not justifying gagging of press, I am an advocate of freedom of expression and will always remain so. However, what is expressed especially by mainstream media should be factual so as not to mislead or incite people. Personally, I have my issues with Decrees 4 because it has some human right flaws in it, but that doesn't justify the offence of the Journalists.
