Just did my update now.. It came wit all the features of denim including Cortana. Initially my cortana couldn't work cuz of my region language. But wen I changed speech n region to united kingdom, I enjoying cortana on my 520 now. Its a luvly inclusion...

how is the battery of your 520?

Lol u knw Siri chats with u, u can ask siri some stupid questions and she will reply but Cortana only keeps reminders, help u find things from d internet and play music. I know cortana will get better tho

tweetium for twitter, tubecast for youtube (actually very much better than any other youtube app ive seen), facebook, 6tag, swarm, foursquare, skype, whatsapp, easy taxi, candy crush, asphalt 8. try and use dark themes, it minimizes battery use

Lol u want to teach me how to use my phone abi? Cortana can't even sing and when i try telling her something like "Hey Cortana am bored" her response will be "Am sorry i didn't catch that" Seriously? she's not interactive abeg! if u have played My Talking Angela before u will understand wat i mean by being interactive u can ask Talking Angela anything and she'll reply. For Example if i ask Talking Angela something like "Do you have a boyfriend?" her respone will be "Yes he's name is Tom" it always makes me laugh when am bored... i need cortana to b like that #JustSaying

cortana can sing u just don't know how to ask her, there are ways to ask......try asking dis "Cortana do u love me" or if u are bored try "Cortana tell me a joke" or wat's ur favorite music....u just Av to learn how to ask d questions, she is interactive... "WILL IT RAIN TODAY"

Ok i get it. i just asked her if i can kiss her and she asked me to slow down. Lol i guess my internet was slow those times she didin't reply.

Sorry to say (and please don't be offended) but that was very ignorant of you to make comments without doing proper tests. Cortana is way cooler than Siri and she's improving. The major problem is the African accent we use in asking her stuffs. That's why she doesn't catch some stuffs sometimes but she's super cool. She can sing, give you jokes, predict games and also sound funny when you ask those off-key questions people ask when they want to spend some time. Infact, she is one of the reasons why i still stick to Windows today.

my update indicated denim. As 4 my ba3 life. It depends on ntwrk i'm using. If i use mtn 3g, it drains my ba3 faster than wen im using airtel 3g. I cant rili explain y its lik dat.

Cortana can interact but you need to configure the voice recognition and also use more of western accent, you can use Cortana to make a call, send texts and open programs on your Phone without pressing a button.

Who here has updated to Lumia denim?

That's part of the features that come with it. Able to merge certain applications into a folder.

Cortana is quite ok. I enjoyed the conversation with her... Especially the boyfriend part...

I can only hope they improve

I have applications like Adobe, BBM, WhatsApp, Asphalt 8 etc. Applications depend on what you want. I'm not much of an app person though so maybe others could help you. Use the plan you know you can afford. I use MTN night plan which costs 2500. May soon stop though.

Do you know Glo's APN? If yes, then go to settings -> access point and put up the Glo APN settings. I think that should do.

From what I gathered from LumiaNigeria's twitter account, looks like Lumia 535 is now in town.

A month. You get 3gb night plan and 1.5gb bonus. Your bonus works anytime of the day but has to be used up before the night plan will work.
