That is why when the Association of Pretending Crooks, APC scream on top of their lungs like their area boy & almajiri cheer leaders, we ask them what is the input of your SINators and representaTHIEVES to stop these issues that you complain about.

What does one get in response- DEAFNESS.
TOTAL deafness!

With this type of blatant abuse of the constitution, PDP has maintained its disdain to our legal institutions and keep showing their affinity to Corrupt tendencies.

Vote out Jonathan before it is too late.

"Section 91 (9) of the Electoral Act stipulates that an individual or other entity shall not donate more than N1,000,000.00 to any candidate.

Section 91 (10) of the Electoral Act says that candidate who knowingly acts in contravention of this section commits an offence and on conviction is liable in the case of Presidential election, to a maximum fine of N1,000,000.00 or imprisonment for a term of 12 months or both."

N21 billion donathan isn't illegal IF the donors did not donate more than a million naira INDIVIDUALLY. Also there's no limit to the total amount to be realised in a donation campaign, it's the spending aspect that has a limit of a billion naira.

So for now, we can't tell if it was legal or not.

However, I think it's time PDP or the donors give us the full breakdown of the individuals who donated and the amount they donated. We deserve to know.

Also, I recommend that INEC employ the services of professional auditors who will monitor the spending of each political party during the campaign proper. This way we can know when a party flouts the 1 billion naira spending limit.

Why should PDP led Executive get involved in these issues in the first place? Do they forbid to do the right think since they want us to put them back there?

Now your ignorance is very annoying. How does the issue at hand relate to what you've typed here?

Your paymaster is clueless and dumb. He is not fit to be a local government chairman.

See what the constitution says:

"Section 91 (9) of the Electoral Act stipulates that an individual or other entity shall not donate more than N1,000,000.00 to any candidate.

Section 91 (10) of the Electoral Act says that candidate who knowingly acts in contravention of this section commits an offence and on conviction is liable in the case of Presidential election, to a maximum fine of N1,000,000.00 or imprisonment for a term of 12 months or both."

The four sets of people that can vote for PDP according to Prof. Wole Soyinka comes to mind here:

(1) Those who are intellectually blind,

(2) those who are blinded by ethnicity,

(3) those who are blinded by corruption and therefore afraid of the unknown, should power change hands, &

(4) those who are suffering from a combination of the above terminal sicknesses"

TANoids in the house, please choose which one you belong.

Those businessmen who contributed are not loyal to any particular govt. They contribute to every current govt so that their business can thrive in the face of biased economic policies that will favor them. It will be vry difficult for any ruling govt u hv reveieved money from them to campaign to make laws that will affect them and this will promotion injustice. Its an element of political loyalty and godfatherism
