My bros please throw more light on this:

Nigeria

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR BACHELOR´S PROGRAMME:

Senior School Certificate (NECO)
OR
West African Senior School Certificate (WAEC)
Examination Certificate has to be issued by West African Examinations Council (WAEC) or National Examinations Council (NECO).

Please note:

WAEC examinations certificates won’t be accepted when sent only in copies. The most convenient way is to order the card with PIN code (Access Card) and send it to Tallinn University of Technology´s postal address along with examination certificate’s copy (copy of the cretificate must be notarized)
Second alternative is to request the Statement (confirmation) of Results WAEC or NECO (must be sent by post directly to Tallinn University of Technology)
We do not accept High Court certification, WAEC certificate must be notarized by notary office

The Easiest Way for you is to take your waec result photocopy it then take it to a notary public who will then notarize it afterwards sent it with your documents via post along with an unused waec scratch card to the university

average feeding cost per month is about 50k, if you are lucky to get hostel accommodation, then you can get it for about 27k per month, price depends on the hostel block tho. and if you thinking you would get a job over there, from the info I got from someone who is there, your chances are betwn impossible to extremely slim. these ofcos mkes it a bit difficult. but life in tallinn is more cheaper than most parts of europe

where did u get these lies u re spreading here.

The average cost of living here is less than 200 euro including house rent(hostel). And u will probably get part time students job wen u come here. Just have extra money that will cover for ur first 3 months before u settle down.

And the cost of living is not much here............plus free transport and wifi in tallinn

For your ielts, go to any British council office that's close to you for enquiry or just google it.
That's what I did for mine. I explored the internet, sat for d exam and got 6.0.
For people who needs help with their motivation letter,it is advised u share ur letter with people to proof read for you before submitting.
I don't know if this platform permits helping people on things like this at no cost, otherwise I would be glad to help.
Though am also and applicant into Tallinn University, but I know my way around letter of intent.
Cheers !

choose the date you want and pay for the test using your credit card or pay through the bank

from the info I got, Nigerians don't need to write toefl or sat when applying for tallinn tech, what you need is a signed & stamped declaration stating that English was the means of communication during study and your certificate should reflect it.

i created this thread just to inform Nigerians about opportunity in studying in Estonia which am currently enjoying. Stop posting wrong information here.

I spent sometime clarifying about the issue of test of English language. Nigerians require English test if they are applying for IT and Science/Engineering courses in TTU.

when I asked if you are presently in tallinn, you didn't answer, I was getting my information from a source in the school, if you click on the link on the schools webpage "ask our student" the nigerian there.
the information you gave is good but not complete, if you are indeed in the school, you would have given step by step procedures in getting documents ready and all we need to know about the application, price range of sending relevant documents, most preferable courier service we should use, help with skype interview and others, but I've since gotten most this information, the reason I'm here is to clarify the information I got and to help others too, not to start from scratch, and the guy in the school's website gave me most of all this, Godswill nkwusi, you can check him out, a P.Hd student. and if you are there like you say you are, your information would have been more direct, no offense.

ok o, let me stop with this. I saw that info you pasted on Tallinn website too on august last year, its been there for long, not a recent info, but when I inquired about it, that was the answer he gave, reason being that Nigeria's medium of communication in our schools are in english, but you still need to show proof that you actually used english while studying, not necessarily TOEFL. when you log in to dream apply, you would see they have other alternatives for the english requirement too e.g like getting to the school to write the english test. anyways, that would be all I would say, would just look on from now on. was only trying to help tho, really sorry if i interfered too much.

Truly, the schools don't bother Nigerians about English proficiency test, but dream apply mandate it.
So, to be on safe side, just write the exam.
The course am going for is Digital Library Learning( Msc).

Judging by what my brother passed through b4 getting estonia, visa, i think it isn't a big deal but require money, time, good plan and money.
One needs to go to Egypt, Kenya, Southafrica or India. Or better still Belgium embassy in abuja.
Though i prefer kenya and johanesburg or capetown.
