The same way Buhari's certificate wont achieve anything since he is contesting for the 4th time it was not an issue in previous elections!

Lets see ur certificate then. An educated individual should be able to tell the difference between a ruler and a leader. No?

You're one of the most idiotic person here tonight. At least you should check the meaning of a ruler before making yourself look a re.tard.
Below is the dictionary meaning of a "Ruler".

a person who rules or governs; sovereign. Note the word "govern", now what does presidents do?
By the way why not post your certificate if you want to see mine? Is it because like Buhari you have none?

This shameless APC cum PUNCH Propaganda piece started like this:

The All Progressive Grand Alliance says it cannot throw its weight behind President Goodluck Jonathan as it is very likely that the candidate of the All progressives Congress, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), will emerge the winner of the presidential election next month....
As have been shown here already, THIS IS A BLADDI LIE. This is just the OPINION of a wayward man who APGA already reported to the police as an 'imposter'!!

And of course, this bare-faced LIE flies in the face of what APGA (both in the Natioanl level and in Lagos) did just some 2 weeks or so ago:

APGA adopts Jonathan for 2015, ratifies Obiano as BoT chairman
on December 18, 2014 / in News 12:12 am / Comments

By Vincent Ujumadu

AWKA — All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, yesterday adopted President Goodluck Jonathan, as its presidential candidate for the 2015 election and ratified Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State ,as the leader of the party and chairman of its Board of Trustees, BOT.

At the party’s special convention held in Awka, the party also ratified the amendment of some sections of its constitution to make it more functional.

The motion for the adoption of Jonathan was moved by the deputy governor of Anambra State, Dr. Nkem Okeke, and seconded by the Bauchi State chairman of the party, Alhaji Adamu Musa.

National chairman of the party, Chief Victor Umeh, said the adoption of President Jonathan as its candidate was in line with its earlier decision not to field any presidential candidate for 2015, but to support the incumbent president for the second tenure.

Umeh said: “We are unapologetic about Jonathan for 2015. In 2011, we adopted him and directed our members and supporters to vote for him. H is seeking the mandate of Nigerians for the second tenure and the National Executive Committee, NEC, of our party has considered the situation in the country and looking at the mood of the nation, we believe that what Nigerians need is a building force to advance the fortunes of the nation.

“His promise on October 1, 2014 that he will implement the report of the national conference is a welcome development because Nigeria’s future can be sustained on the basis of the outcome of the resolutions of that conference. With the resolution of the party at various occasions, we want to put the weight of APGA behind Jonathan to continue the good work he is doing for the country.”

Re: We Wont Support Jonathan, He Can't Win - APGA Lagos Chapter by MayorofLagos(m): 3:50am On Jan 05, 2015
He said, “The game has changed. As it is, Jonathan has no chance of winning. Buhari seems to have taken over. The PDP has collapsed in the North if you care to know. All those who are running to Aso Rock and making promises to the President are just deceiving him.”

When asked if APGA would be supporting Buhari next month, Umeh-Nzekwe said he could not say for sure.

He said, “Jonathan is a sitting President with incumbency factor in his favour but Buhari has the masses and a cult following in the North. In 2011, Buhari won 12 million votes in the North with his rag-tag party, the Congress for Progressive Change, without a single governor or senator to campaign for him.

“Today, his party, the APC, has 14 governors, 43 senators and 176 Reps as well as 625 House of Assembly members. Also, the APC has dominant control of the North-West with a total number of 18.4 million voters and North-East with 10.2 million while South-West has 13.4 million voters

“ The PDP has dominant control of the North-Central and Abuja with 10.4 million voters while the South-South has 8.5 million and South-East has 7.2 million votes.

“However, no zone has achieved 50 per cent of votes cast but northern voters are more committed and trustworthy than those in the South.

“Also, look at Jonathan’s campaign team. He has Col. Ahmadu Ali (retd.) as his Director General and Peter Obi as the deputy while Buhari has Governor Rotimi Amaechi and Senator Olorunnimbe Mamora as director general and deputy respectively. It is time for Ndi Igbo to review their strategy.”
I hope Asari is listening to hear how his SE/SS coalition for GEJ is slowly falling apart as Ohanaeze puts their betrayal scheme at the forefront of everything else.

This APGA speech is a front and its written out that Ibos are shifting camp from PDP to APC to save their neck.

Next thing we will hear when results are announced is Ibo jumping forward to claim they voted 99% support for GMB.

Bunch of political harlots! If GEJ looses at the polls it will be because Ibo betrayed him.

Gbawe:
The support for GEJ will collapse so spectacularly in the next few weeks some TANdroids will think they are watching a horror movie. Some people are simply too ethnocentric and prejudiced to appreciate the anger against the 'luckiest' and most privileged President Nigeria has had who went on to squander enormous goodwill because of primordial avarice and a total lack of principles that led him to reject doing what would have made the name GEJ solid gold in the annals of history.

God provided everything and virtually every condition to favour GEJ to the extent even oil per barrel price was ridiculously high throughout almost the entire 5 years GEJ has been President. At this stage some foolish TANdroid now think pointing at some roads, substandard schools , a fraudulent power privatisation scam and 'patch-patch' of some antiquated rail service will get GEJ another 4 years? how stupid are some Jonathanians and TANdroids? We know how , conservatively, $100 billion or more has disappeared into thin air under GEJ !!! This is money that could have turned Nigeria into a nation on course to becoming a developed Country !!! Would any of us consider it fair 'payback' if we spend N1 million to buy a car only to then be given a bicycle worth N2,000? Jonathan has taken a lot and given Nigerians nada in return yet all his buddies and cronies are on private jet level. Nigerians are going to reject GEJ so horribly, even his most ardent noise-makers and backers will hide when they see the passion against their 'oga'.
The analogy is apt.

APC and its LIES!!!

This statement was not made by APGA, but by a Tinubu's aligned man in Lagos, WHO IS NOT EVEN THE CHAIRMAN OF APGA IN LAGOS like he claimed.

There is currently a leadership crisis in AGPA Lagos, where this same guy and his shameless Tinubu aligned ilks were rejected by some AGPA members.

APGA ALREADY ADOPTED GEJ AS THEIR ONLY PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE, a decision which was ratified in AGPA's National convention less than a month ago http://www.thenigerianvoice.com/news/164410/1/apga-ratifies-obianos-appointment-as-leader-bot-ch.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+TheNigerianVoiceNews+%28The+Nigerian+Voice+News%29

This is Tinubu's PUNCH Newspaper doing their dirty politics again. But they should give it up: THERE IS NON WAY ON EARTH IGBOS WOULD NOT VOTE FOR GEJ MASSIVELY, NOR WOULD THEY EVER CONTEMPLATE VOTING FOR 'FUNDAMENTALIST' BUHARI OVER GEJ. That would NEVER happen!!
