white, silver, yellow, coral,apple green, lime green...any of these colours matches blue and red...

the colour combo is nice, colour combos dont really go out of style they just change with the way you use them for hall decor, table settiings n all..also whichever colour you decide to use as the third should jst be a touch of it..

cream and blush with navy blue or grey is also cool

Definitely purple and yellow bouquet. More often than not too, your bridal gown will completely cover your shoes.

Yes you can wear purple heels. It's a relatively new trend to wear d colour
If wearing purple heels, ensure ur bouquet has more of purple than yellow( yellow highlights)
It may not show, but it will during photo shoot

Am can also decide to do yellow shoe and have more of yellow in d bouquet
