How can there be 305 schools built in Imo and no one can see them.

You probably haven't been to Imo State. The hospitals are almost completed. The schools are at every nook and cranny ofnthe state, from Owerri city primary school to Holy Ghost to Emmanuel college. In fact, I travelled from Abia to Anambra today, and I saw more than 10 of them as I journeyed.

The issue is that Jonathan will likely lose Imo State. They are now claiming the 305 Owelle schools which they condemned in the past as China schools and I ask why are there not 305 schools in every other State?

Okorocha didn't build those 305 schools alone. That project is UBEC/SUBEB project, it is carried out through counterpart funding. The issue is that Imo state govt is painting those schools with wrong colours just to deceive people. The colour should be yellow and green(UBEC colour) and not milk colour as d schools are currently painted. Try and get yourself well informed.

Currently, imo state and few other states have been able to access their counterpart fund uptil 2013 unlike many other states. Very soon those buildings will be repainted. Those building someone uploaded Are UBEC buildings. Its a pity that people are not informed abt it. Some imolites are aware but pretend not to know.
