Motivating, how did it all go; beating 74 as a cut-off mark...I should be a fresher MBBS, LAUTECH, but one tin led to another. Anyways tell me how it all went, how were their questions, O-Level based or a step higher(Incorporating Undergrad questions)...#waiting.

The questions were O'level with a few tough questions.

Explicit
Do you want me to post the questions or what?

I just told you, they were mainly O'level with a few tough questions.
That was why many people got high scores.
And the cutoff marks was high too.

Pardon my inquisitiveness, are there rooms for crossing in U.I?

I haven't even resumed.
But, I don't know and can't say.

Why would you wanna cross?
When you want something, go for it the first time.

I get you may be choosing dentistry with the mind to cross to MBBS, my advice? Write MBBS already!

I would tell you what lets do. You are gonna read an infinitesimal part of my travails, then you would understand why I ain't taking a chance with 6,000plus struggling for MBBS from the onset.

I am an ex-predegree Student of LAUTECH, who should have been offered Medicine straight away, if not for the abundance of Long legs in the school's system( Do not presume this to be defamation, howbeit Illogicallity is the norm there).

I had 382/500 in Pre-degree, 240 in UTME and 68% in their PUTME and I was offered Agriculture(Crop and Environmental Protection); whereas LAUTECH's post-utme contains things you wouldn't find in an everyday O-level textbook(A-level and Undergrad stuffs). I have forfeited the admission since becoming a Professor of Surgery doesn't follow the route of bagging a degree in Agriculture.

More irritating the fact of seeing collegues of yours whose capabilities you know flaunting and brandishing Medicine in your face.
Invariably, here I am seeking succour from the Premier University.

In other words you feel cheated?
I believe if you had the results listed above, you can be able to get more than the cutoff mark for MBBS in UI.

By the way, what do you really want to study?
That's the question.

okay, where do I start.as XavierG had said, what do you want to study? This will allow us to know the kind of advice to give you.if you are applying for dentistry because you think you can change to medicine then i'm sorry to disappoint you; you may not be able to do that except you have 2 more years to spare.all in all, if you want medicine & surgery; dont be discouraged and step up your game.my 2 cents plus I was an ex-predite with a worse story.

It amuses me that you know what you want yet you're scared to go for it.
Come on, the scores you posted are impressive.
And oh, there's no room for crossing.

If you want MBBS, write it.

what I mean't was: fill MBBS already if you want it so badly, dont get scared by the crazy number you saw on jamb statistics site! those people that scored above 80 are human beings too. being an ex-predite, I believe you will be able to channel that feeling of disappointment/ failure you are feeling to a kind of motivation to push you to your goal.study, eat, sleep dont be afraid.all is well bro!

Jυƨτ normal jamb standard, but kinda trickier than jamb sha.. Once уσυ are fully prepared, there's no method of how the questions would be set that уσυ won't decipher.. And the hours(1hr30mins) given to answer the questions is adequate enough to answer the 100questions without haste ӨЯ whatsoever..
