security forces in the hunt for two brothers
accused of killing 12 people at the offices of the
satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, a hunt which
is now focused on a forest and several

Buhari's comments was i June 2013, gej was elected in 2011 when Bokoharam was still a very small group of criminals. This thread is to address the government response to Bokoharam when it started.

Was Yusuf, the original leader of BH not killed just like these French terrorists because there was a UNITY of purpose across ethno-religious & geo-political divides back then in Nigeria as it is now in France?

Mr president has claimed that the war against BH remain unsuccessful solely because GMB has not said something tangible as to how to tackle the insurgency. A seriously minded government will draw out its best plan irrespective of what suggestions the opposition wants to give. The French government is very much aware of the consequence of leaving this kind of issue unaddressed speedily. You can be sure those criminals will be fished out very soon.

The opposition started this savagery immediately after the election results were declared and continued to make good their promise above national interest hence the security quagmire we found ourselves.

Buhari never knew BokoHaram will turn against Muslims hence his earlier stance until his brainchild came to devour him and his support base.
