What's wrong with Nigerians? Baba attends Jonathan's daughter's wedding and we are reading different stupid meanings to it. Baba still remains one of the most enigmatic Nigerians. I criticize him very often but not because I hate him. I actually am more of a Baba's fan than I am GEJ's.

When Baba chose and supported Jona, there must have been something good that he saw in him. Baba at the time, did the right thing. Whether he and Jona are at loggerheads, is a matter of perspective. You don't visit your enemies. This is not the first time the two are meeting. It's to OBJ's credit that he plays the role of a father and elder statesman.

Besides the likes of Zik, Awo, Balewa, Enahoro and co, no one comes close to Baba as a statesman and a father to the Nation. As much as I disagree with some of his actions, Baba has so many good qualities.

While the likes of Gowon, Danjuma and co, forgot their friends and colleagues, history has it that Obasanjo was the only one among Nzeogwu's colleagues that frequently visisted his aged mother. He was even there at her funeral. He played the role of a son to a dead friend's mother. The late Nzeogwu's mother they said, was always asking of all the young officers that she fed while Chukwuma was their friend and colleague. They forgot.

Yeah, it might be true that Baba never forgets after all, but in fairness, Baba doesn't forget his friends too. Or those that have been good to him. This is the part of the man that I love so much. May God bless you OBJ. May this visist to the Jonathans be for good and in the best interest of Nigeria.

You are indeed, a patriot. If I were GMB, I would crash that wedding. I will show Nigerians that this is nothing personal and that I am the better and bigger man. Alas, what will APC do? Criticize and condemn it in everyway possible.

The bible says we should rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn. GMB, even if you were not invited, I hope you find it in you to send the Jonathans your felicitations. That will be change. That will be progressive.

I assume that President Jonathan invited baba Obasanjo without full assurance that he will honour the invitation.If President Jonathan didn't invite him,he won't be there and one person he, the President will be so eager to invite is former President baba Obasanjo, so I'm not surprised.

If gej were to heed to all the advice Nigerians give him, then he would have gone nuts by now . If he were to cry every time a bomb goes off, then there would be no tears left in his eyes.
