Fire outbreak is common during dry season, people must be aware of this fact and take extra care. Cocoa House got burnt 9th January, 1985 the inferno consumed the whole building. What is happening in Ibadan lately? In the past weeks we've heard of various fire incidents within the metropolis. Our people are becoming more and more careless. It is easier for properties to catch fire during harmattan we should all be aware of this. Funny enough people are investing billions of naira without considering how to protect their investments from infernos.

Truth is, many more public buildings in Nigeria are just waiting to be engulfed in some kind of fire. You have got to be stunned by complete lack of fire control systems in many Nigerian buildings. Regular homes not excluded. Look at e-center as an example, just one exit! One exit in this whole big three-storey building. No fire escape. Damn! You just gotta hope these fires don't start with people trapped in these buildings.

Mr oversabi, the building has more than 1 exit, the film house has more than one exit, the incident happened at night, there is fire fighter at the second street at CBN. So what are u saying?
