Fact still remain that incompetence shouldn't be an excuse...if any of those reported missing girls which many of you argued were not missing was your sibling; you will be singing a different song about GEJ's failure to bringing them back.
Even if we agree that a particular party is behind it, shouldn't it be the job of the CinC to show them he can do better than their ploy.
I doubt your state of mind if you believe all political parties shouldn't use this monumental failure of GEJ's administration in the area of security and others as a campaign tool.

That's no insult but plain truth. Ur post was a foolish one and I chose to call it by what it is.
Only if Jonathan have been responsible from day 1 when the kidnap happened, we won't be where we are. The fool was in denial.
only if APC isn't too desperate to have kidnapped the chibok girls and later use it in a campaign poster.

Its simply showcase incompetency on the part of the presidency much reason why we should usher in CHANGE.

Fool, nobody is gaining anything as far as the abduction of the girls is concerned. Everywhere in the world, opposition parties uses the failures of the incumbent to campaign and it's the norm. U don't hear the incumbent saying opposition is responsible. If they are responsible, what have u done about it?
Only eternal fools like u will expect the opposition to use Jonathan fathom achievements to campaign instead of his failures.
Oponu.
see urself? there are basically few ways terrorist raise funds to continue their activities,
1) robbing banks
2) attacking armed forces and stealing weapons (this won't generate much revenue)
3) gettin funds from politicians

boko haram aren't robbing banks, but they are doing number 2 which won't generate enough food and funds, so most of their income is from politicians. FYI boko haram was named the 7th richest terrorist group in the world.
politicians won't sponsor if they have nothin to gain, its my bet that either APC as a whole or buhari and some people are behind them. they planned to destroy Jonathan's tenure to get into power

Oh ok. its getting clearer now. So it is because they want to grab power that was why they kidnap the girls? I have always said it that these APC guys have playing politics of sympathy. It is very clear the type of agenda these guys in APC has for Nigeria.

They shud continue, the law of karma is a respecter of no man.

Y shouldnt they use Chibok girls for political campaign? The girls were taken, what has he done about it? If its APC behind it why can't he find evidence and prosecute him if he's the so called efficient leader. Did Jonathan not use Ebola victory as political campaign too. If you sling mud you should expect mud to be slinged at you too.
That is wat i have been saying also. He is the president and he should have an intel on this issue but he kept mute like mumu. If its the opposition take took those girls let him call names then we can start from there instead he will say they are in his government and he cant fish them out.

N what makes u feel they'll b free n fair elections to vote out an unperforming GMB if such a man ever gets to power?
If u expected GEJ to solve all d problems of Nigeria in his 4yrs n 7 months stay in power then u r not for real.
A vote for APC is a vote for 8yrs of uncertainty bc with their desperation for power, they'll upturn democratic principles n perpetuate self in power after their first term but a vote for PDP is a vote for d slow but steady progress we're making as a nation, I choose d later.

For the fear of the unknown, you choose to repeat the same thing over and over again while you wait for a different result.

Why do you think it would be difficult to vote out GMB if he underperforms?... You need to remember that the opposition by then would be the almighty PDP and the PDP can surely not be trampled upon (even if they dont hold power).

I usually laugh when people make a certain statement that "Under Goodluck, we are now having free and fair elections." The real deal is that as time passed by, the opposition became more powerful and organised and the Nigerian populace became much more informed, stubborn and politically involved; thanks to the GEJ's FOI bill social media revolution. The strength of the opposition was also due to the fact that some of the major opposition players today were formerly PDP members who transferred the rigging trade secrets to the opposition. Owing to this, the PDP can no longer just perform their voodoo elections and go away with it easily. If you are still in doubt about GEJ's moral disposition towards free and fair elections, a typical case study of his stance is the governor's forum election where they insisted that 16 was greater than 19... Further examples are the Osun state, Rivers state and Edo state attempted impeachment saga and also the failed attempt to chaotically impeach speaker Tambuwal.

I will not stop the agitation for a total implementation of SHARIA in the country.

All Dogs and Baboons will be soaked in blood.

Boko Haram is against western education.

My certificate is with Military secretary (which the military has debunked the allegation)

I will only have a dialogue with Boko Haram if I become the president of the country.

My people, let's make use of our IQ, because the change people are clamouring about is not specified. It could be positive or negative change.

Nonsense thread

The information contained in the banners are the truth

Over 250 girls are missing

There is acute corruption in Nigeria

Our current( soon to be ex) president once said that stealing is not corruption

Pensions fund scam

PDP should deal with the issues instead of this defensive attitude.

Customised13, instead of going to all the bridges in Lagos to take pictures, why dont you canvass and tell Nigerians how GEJ will stop corruption and how he will bring back the missing girls

Can we all now see the APC enjoying the benefits of the Chibok abductions? See APC now using the missing girls for political campaign to hijack power from Jonathan.

In all parts of the world, the opposition leverages on the failures and gaffes of the ruling party as a campaign tool to ride on to power. This isn't a new thing and in fact, it is one of the beauties of democracy.

I know some individuals here would start citing the France example or the US Sept-11 case. But if in the US or France, the president sat back doing nothing (and even doubting) for 3 weeks before he took any actions, the opposition would not only fry the president, but even his own party legislators would immediately commence impeachment proceedings.

Look at it, there was a time there was an argument about pension fund – such billions. Who is talking about it now ? Billions and we were hearing it … from
excess crude oil money, where is the impact of the excess crude oil money ? Now from oil boom, it has met bad luck; it’ s now oil doom. If my father will be my leader and my siblings will all die, let a stranger be my leader and let my family be. All I’m trying to tell you is that we have not entered into any covenant with anybody. Last time, the First Lady came here. We are not partisan, we welcomed her. We did a spiritual drama here. Lifted four birds to fly up, the main one that should fly up refused to go. I did everything possible and that one is the healthiest of them all but refused
to fly and the spirit of God said, don’t disturb him. When God rejected Saul , David took over. Let me tell you: in the history of Nigeria, we have never
experienced bloodshed as we have in the time of Goodluck. If Goodluck means bloodshed for Nigerians are you waiting until your own blood is shed? We need change, however God will do it. Look
at the insecurity if you go to the northern part of Nigeria.
