We have a presidential candidate (Buhari) who claimed in an affidavit that his certificates are with the military? What kind of certificates? What about the copies? What effort has he made to retrieved them, especially since they are required by the constitution as only prove of having satisfied electoral law?

Most importantly what certificate did Buhari tender when joining the military? Did he write and pass his final secondary school exams? If not shouldn't he be strip of all he's (fraudulently) acquired in the military, and used as examples? If he indeed possess the document that he claim to have, Nigerians need to know. Affidavit is not necessary unless every effort to obtain copies of the certificate(s) prove abortive. Buhari is running a campaign based on 'saint Buhari' mantra, he should come clean on the certificate saga! Before it becomes Buharigate!

PDP going to court will surely enrich rule of law. Buhari can avoid the embarrassments and negative publicity by simply tendering the certificate.

In this country, peoples houses have been demolished and are still been demolished for lack of approved building plan, does that change the fact that Nigeria has an acute shortage of houses, does that justify the illegality of the builder.

My house has been marked for demolition simply because I overstepped my land by a few meters into the govt land.

Do you believe I can go to court and win such case , if yes on what ground.

I don't know the constitution you read but the one that I read says educated up to secondary school level at least and not MUST present waec. Besides, Muhammadu buhari has been educated and even beyond to post-secondary level. Note: Inec is not NDA admission office to determine minimum requirement for admission or the USWC. If you have any objection against his qualifications, just write the awarding schools to revoke the certificates. Meanwhile, you still won't have a case because it is a testament that Buhari has been "educated" up to those levels.

The military has come out to say they don't keep soldiers original certificate. But that they have records of all that pass tru army.

Now, electoral law said, minimum o'level. Buhari does not have o level Bc He is a drop out who was smuggled into d military tru back door and northern quota system abuse. He did not deem it fit to write his o level exams, rather He started attending military courses and got diploma certificate.

The law says u must have basic o level pre-requisite to do post secondary course But buhari jumped d queue
