If you translate GEJ from being an Ijaw man into any tribe from the Southwest or North central Nigeria, so many peoples eyes will be opened to these truths glaring them at their faces . Simple, it is not about performance, but tribe & religion has blinded the eyes of a lot in Nigeria & that's pathetic. |

We know how NEPA and the Police used to rank as the top 2 most corrupt institutions in Nigeria. Deregulating and privatising the electricity distribution sector went a long way in reducing the level of corruption in Nigeria. Ironically, privatising NEPA was something Obasanjo (who some people worship) made to look like rocket science. GEJ didn't just do it, he paid every staff of NEPA from top to bottom their entitlements in full, many of them were still re-absorbed by the new companies even after getting huge pay offs. Tell me why those guys will not vote for GEJ. holatin:I don't need to ask my parents. About Buhari! I ask myself this basic question! From the late 1980s when I can proudly say I became politically conscious. And conscious of my environment have I seen any change? And I can boldly say that things has changed for good in some way! The roads are no longer death trap! The train are back on track I have light in my house and I on the gen less often (even though the phcn bill they too high for me this days) I use what I have seen and what I can see now to judge, I don't need my parents to tell me about Buhari or who was before him because if he had done well the present Government won't have spent his first term using sure p money to build roads! Presently nobody campaigning would come out to tell Nigerians that he would give them good roads! This is because the roads can't not be said to be bad like they were before! Buhari would not climb a campaign podium in this 2015 and tell Nigerians that he would provide them with good roads! But in 2011 he said that in his campaign speech! That goes a long way to tell you that lot has changed for good! |

It looks sweet when it is written on paper. But the reality on Ground is that Nigeria is in a shithole than ever before. Nigerians are getting poorer, while the propaganda on paper only benefits the thieving elites. Is that Progression? No! |

Yes Now they say Nigeria is the 136th most transparent country in the world and you call it impressive on paper. Well this is what i have to tell you. No matter what you see - or hear, if you don't want to see the truth, you won't. You've blocked your heart to reality. Why? i don't know. |

Now, this is a president that understands that it is efforts to change the SYSTEM that will lead to results. Nigeria is already in good hands and it is much clearer why those who were feeding fat from the way things were, are all of a sudden decamping and acting as if GEJ is the devil. He touched their pockets, that's all. It is no more business as usual and if GEJ is re elected we shall know more about it. |

Buhari (1983-1985) witch-hunted innocent people with horse wips, guns and human rights abuses, as was the case in medieval times to fight political enemies in the name of fighting corruption. GEJ on the other hand is using Technology to fight corruption by limiting human to human contact through ICT, as practiced in developed countries in the 21st century. Who's method is more symbolic of "New Thinking" in the 21st century? GEJ of course. ![]() |
