Warming sight to see the home of football in the winter sunshine. Next step - hot dogs and cider to prepare for some good footie.

debosky:Not really a surprise after Szczesny's antics last week. Actually my source for the news mentioned that one of Bould/AW actually said WS1 will not stand in goal for the first team again. I took it as words said in anger but now, I believe Ospina will need to have a really bad run for Szczesny to get back in the team. Good for the team |

4th place trophy under threat from Southampton, Liverpool and Totenham! And viola, the prof of failure delivers once again. |

proudlysports:Well if that's the case it seems Ospina's already popular with the fans - every time he went to take a goal kick the crowd went 'ooooooooo' then shouted 'spina' after he kicked the ball. ![]() He wasn't tested tbh and only made 2 saves I think Seemed to communicate well and calm down the defence. Per needs to spend time in kicking practice though. His clearances were just terrible. |

Now that we've loaned out Sanogo and Poldi, is that a sign that a striker is coming in this January? |

Behold, €3million, 17yr old Krystian Bielik from Legia Warsaw is the answer to your cry for a DM? |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Roland17(m): 12:42am On Jan 15, 2015 |
Spy360:Wenger's signing of Bielik is totally long term, Weneger hopes to harness his potentials which are huge in the DM position, Bielik is not going to be involved with the first team this season, definitely not in premier league games, we would see Bielik next season during cups games and that depends on how he adapts to the English game and our style of play, but don't get it twisted, with Chambers, Beliek, Gnabry, Bellerin, Martinez and Akpom Weneger is already building the next generation.. |

Just heard that Arteta has suffered a setback. If true, means we'll see more fo Coquelin this season |

Spy360: So rather than get a proven DM, he is embarking on another prospect! How does one continuously focus on the future to the complete detriment of the present? |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by pazienza(m): 10:25pm On Jan 15, 2015 |
Roland17:Bravo! Wenger building the next generation since 2006! He lives in the future and not in the present, little wonder why Arsenal is now a shadow of her former self! |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by Roland17(m): 11:06pm On Jan 15, 2015 |
pazienza:There is no place in my previous comment where I applauded Wenger's move for Bielik, I was only stating the obvious which is already taking shape with the young players present in the first team.. |
| Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by pazienza(m): 11:20pm On Jan 15, 2015 |
Roland17:It wasn't about you, it is about Wenger! Wenger has gone senile since 2006! he has overstayed his usefulness. For a guy who earns close to 8milla per annum, he is a monumental failure, Arsenal deserves better. You saw what Simeone did to Real Madrid today, Wenger can never do such again. |

pazienza:Thanks for the clarification.. I appreciate. Simeone and Klopp are fierce and competitive managers although the latters record with BVB does not justify his prowess.. |

Lets do a weighing on Arsene using Sundays game with Man City. If Arsenal loses, then its over for Arsene, he should go. If its a draw, then we give him another chance. If Arsenal wins, then Arsene is the best. |
