That so-called programs for ex-militants is to settle the boys and not really to help indigens from the region. FYI, i am neither PDP nor APC but Nigeria. For now, my vote on the presidential is a swing while am decided for PDP for Lagos and i've never voted PDP before. But one thing is certain, i will vote against any presidential candidate that is openly/publicly endorsed by OBJ.
