More like a set-up,or am I the only one seeing it dat way? He planted the CCTV camera,he saw d vision n still had d impetus to call d sacrificed martyrs. Quite unfortunate,a 116 people died and he has peace of mind. If his only son,or the bread winner of his family was involved,I wonder if he'd still have that peace of mind.
