However, if d insurgence indeed has no tribal undertone, I still do not see much change in perspective if d opposition party emerge as d mainstream govt, in terms of security. There would definitely be change in other aspects of governance, like corruption, high handedness, lack of purpose, sham projects etc. I'll like to be objective by advising d President to allow a free n fair election n not to coerce d citizens in any form in order to let d people's mandate count. Just my thoughts.
