i have finally submitted. I didnt print the form, i used a phone as well.

@toobasky,
i experienced d same thing, just click on edit application, go through
the form and make sure u didnt omit any information, that was d reason
mine i didnt see d submit button at first.

just click on application dashboard first, when d page opends u will see some options, one of them wil ask u to edit ur application

hi everyone.i need a guide on the application online.so far i have registered,i got a confirmation email with my ID number,i clicked the link on the email to continue registration.its still taking me back to the initial registration page.i am lost!

that is impossible cos u are no longer a corp member and i dont think u can edit since u av submitted, well incase of nxt tym jst know iz d number at d top of ur certificate that starts with an alphabet like someone rightly mentioned.

Did anybody print the form before submitting? Assuming one is shortlisted will the printed copy of your application be needed?

Just your passport
And make sure you have your NYSC cert number at hand.

Once you have submitted an application, you cannot edit your data.
