PassingShot: And with more qualified persons handling that position the company will crumble? huh this about the dumbest and most silliest comment on this forum, you sure deserve an award for the level you have taken foolishness to. So you mean we should now be employing incompetent hand leaving more qualified people isn't that what you implying by that statement. Just one question, why did buhari not get replacement for this certificate since 80's? 4 Likes |

tempex88:How can his comments cause violence? Are you for real? Better face the fact here Buhari is not ascending to any seat here, it is either he is defeated at the polls(more likely) or lose through the courts(not sure it would get to that). The law is no respecter of persons. Violence even in the north will not collapse our economy but violence in the Niger-delta would definitely cripple our economy. If anyone is to issue threats, it should be comming from them. 2 Likes |

PassingShot:You find it difficult to decipher what the SAN is arguing. Read an excerpt below: “But right now, the rule has changed. Form CF001 says apart from filling your qualifications, you must attach them; you must attach photocopies of your qualifications; and to attach means to bind; it means to glue-to. As we look at the form that you have filled, we have to see all your certificates attached to your form. Not everybody seen in school are students and not all students are academic students. We have Non Academic students (NAN). So the only prove should have been the Certificate obtained from the school. If your certificate is lost you can still obtained a sort of evidence from your school. Referring INEC to his former employer is wrong and as for you let's keep on bending the rule to suit us. Welcome to "change". 2 Likes |

brownlord: Mister, it's obvious that you are have blocked your ears to the truth. Buhari has said many times that his original credentials were destroyed by IBB and his boys. The USA War College or the other Military College in India have not said Buhari didn't attend the colleges. The constitution and the electoral laws have provision for affidavit which is the exact thing your Dumber VP used and you're not complaining. My last words for you: Buhari is eminently qualified to contest and lead Nigeria. His qualifications including trainings and achievement are there for you all JONATHANIANS to see but you have chosen to make a mountain of a mole hill. PATHETIC of you GEJites! GO to court or go and die or shut the fvck! 1 Like |

If the Clueless GEJ you are indirectly clamoring for now is competent and qualified enough to handle insecurity challenges you will not be kidnapped in the first place. There is a believe that SANS are our problems in this country and I believe this man is one of the problem in this country, they come out to say whatever will be in their favor. sentiment has so much beclouded our judgement in this country to the extent that even the so called learned fellow come out to talk trashed at their peril. However, you are entitled to your opinion and you can not incite the people against the peoples general come FeBuhary 2015 we will vote for change for the good and success of our country called Nigeria.Change all the way, embrace change!!!! 1 Like |

brownlord: Brownlord or whatever you call yourself, you are dumb and as clueless as your "how much did Nwobodo stole" PhD holder. The CEO of my company is not the most read employee in the company, yet the results have been outstanding for the five years he has been at the helms. By the way, how do you define incompetence other than what GEJ represents. The whole world knows that already. 1 Like |

Mogidi: In the hands of this morally bankrupt lawyer? Should he be telling this to the public or be in a court to seek redress and collect money from his paymasters? He must have paid all he has to his kidnappers and desperately need part of the N21b. Curiously, PDP might just ignore him because they need to save for retirement come May 29th. |
Re: Buhari Not Qualified To Contest- Ozekhome by brownlord: 8:18am On Jan 17, 2015 |
PassingShot: My friend, Buhari need to be qualified for this position first before we can talk about competence, what makes him qualified is proof of certificate, when you swear to an affidavit you should provide evidence or something to show from institution that issued those certificate which the general has failed to do. For the record, stop telling me about GEJ, i don't support him and won't vote for him, now can you address the issue and explain why buhari can't get a replacement for his document over 26 years now? 2 Likes |

kristisking: This is not rocket science. If a professor fails to deliver then allow a primary school pupil to try. Its that simple. No one is saying Buhari is the savior but at least it is confirmed that the Phd holder has nada to offer even after 6years so lets try this "stark illiterate" who have only ruled for 2years and the world attested to his sincerity. Lets stop been sentimental, you can not be in love with the same lady who keeps letting you d0wn for 1year let alone 16years. The change we clamor for is not about not wanting Jonathan not at all, nobody has grudges against him as a person but he has failed to deliver so lets see what Buhari has in store and if after 4years we find him culpable,we vote him out. Its as simple as that. 1 Like |

The fact is,for me,even if GMB submits NEPA bill as his certificate,it is good enough for me. Besides all this certificate allegations are just bull. This guy has contested 3 elections without any problems. The Army doesn't accept ppl without some form of educational qualification. And we all know he studied in military schools in the US and the UK,so do you think such foreign schools will accept anybody without enough credentials? Nigerians, lets start thinking ourselves and not always believe everything we hear on the streets! FeBuhari14 |

Mogidi: ^^^ For now, I presume Mr. Ozekhome has correctly stated the facts about INEC's rules concerning form CF001. Several posts on this thread so far and I have not yet seen any tackle the key failures here: 1 Before now, INEC did not require any candidate to attach evidence of educational qualifications. Just CLAIM you have a B.Sc, M.Sc, PhD, JP or whatever and the matter is settled. 2 Before now, INEC clearly did not carry out independent verification of candidates claims with respect to their education . These claims or declarations were accepted at face value. Welcome to the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Why should INEC accept ANY candidate's claims about educational qualifications without INDEPENDENTLY verifying such claims? Isn't it the common sense thing to do so? For the past sixteen years, a federal agency with subventions running into billions cannot carry out a simple independent verification of candidates claims with regard to their education? Should anyone be surprised why politics in Nigeria attracts the worst people? This nonsense by INEC is just another form of the adult delinquency that is expressed in actions such as Nigerian lawmakers asking government nominees to sensitive positions to "take a bow" before the National Assembly. No questions. Just take a bow. Which serious country does these things? When the world says we are not serious, we take offense. But the truth cannot be hidden. Never! Indeed we are not serious. And we will pay a heavy price for this. Those countries that are serious will pillage and plunder this place, either directly or through proxies till we have nothing left. Broken country, broken people. 3 Likes 1 Share |

An experienced man in a particular professional field will always attached his credentials e.g. certificates of all academic level, certificate of any training if attended, certificate of awards, etc. when seeking for another job or after he or she must have been taken. This is what they are telling Buhari to provide as a proof that he is qualify. Nothing more! Why are we defending him. He should defend himself. To proof the masses wrong, he should do that as an example of incorruptible man as he is being portrayed. Show your leadership by example. Simple! 1 Like |
