Revealed that the average Nigerian student uses their phones mainly for social networking and chatting with Apps like BBM, 2GO, Whatsapp, Facebook and Facebook chat, twitter % others. Social networking covered almost 90% of what the average nigerian student uses their phones for.

In another news, the research revealed that 50% of the students use mobile internet browsing as one of the most common use of their monthly subscription.

Not only the working class have multiple mobile phones in Nigeria, In the research result it is stated that Students also have more than one mobile phone thus using more than one mobile Network.
