access is much better, I always use access, I'm using eco now because my access atm expired, awaiting for the new one.
If You ve access bank visa atm use it. They don't charge as high as these other banks.

When u abt checking out...u select dollar as payment currency, u are going to be charged less than the amount quoted as exchange rate

Thanks for explaining in graphics. When I check out in $, I pay with my dollar Visa card. My question is that after you check out in $ like what your graphics showed, can you pay that amount with your naira card?
