Local languages were not studied or written up till 1980. The only languages studied and written for WASC during the 60's were Latin, French and English. A simple google of Nigeria's Educational curriculum and courses offered by Cambridge will show that Hausa or Islamic Studies were not offered. Only the western region included Yoruba in their WASC curriculum. 5 Likes |
