Yeah!
And your admission decisions are taken "independent" of your MCF application (Meaning they consider you for admission just as they consider all international student that will apply to McGill, MCF or no McF)

I think for peeps entering first, you come in as undeclared, No specific majors yet till second year.

A lot of students come in as "Undeclared"

So, you"ll take some first year general courses and the choose a major in your second year.

There are pros and cons for it too.

I think UBC & McGill use only SSCE, they dnt consider transcript for their admission decision.
Hope Univ. of Toronto will consider my transcript for their admission decision.
