I noticed that we seem to have forgotten that these institutions are the ones that eventually confirm the authenticity of such documents. They don't even need to wait for us to do their job.
I also think that if the result is not disputed by these regulatory agencies, the army should learn to be more careful before delving into these kinds of issues.
The army is competent to even demand that Buhari submits his document, afterall, he is paid pension every year.
The army nearly indicted itself by admitting such a serious administrative error.

It is a slight on UI, OAU to say they accept statement of result because it is a blatant lie. It is the computer spread sheet from WAEC that is used in lieu of certificate not the statement from a school unless they just changed it.
