IBB, you passed yours right? What did you have to show for it? Buhari's 2 years was far better than a decade you used in office. You nullify the most credible election in our history, killed MKO Abiola, embezzled and called urself an evil genius. Abacha government is the only one worse than urs. Source or no source, this is not news to me. If true buhari didn't pass his exam, that mean the thing has been going on before the introduction of federal character.

I could remember my cousin who was lamenting of being in the rank of sergeant for more than seven good years and no sight of promotion until he was advice to further his education to help up his a chance of not retiring as an inspector in the police.

His regret was that he didn't take to the advice of some loving friend who advice him back then in the 80s to change his state of origin and tribe to north and they are willing to cover for him and accept him as their own because of this federal character of a thing but he refused. Those who did even with primary school certificate went on to become commissioners including those that join the force after him as long as they from the north and have a godfather to watchout for them.

If you doubt takes a walk to police headquarters here in Lagos and abuja and see many educated and qualified senior police personnel with no office and command, sitting behind desks doing nothing other than pushing files. Why is this so because they all came from the south and some few state in the middle belt.

So am not surprise if it the same in the army, naval and airforce.

Please bill gate drop out so also Michael dell not because they did not or could not pass but because they felt their business needed more of their time. So they have to choose between business or school and they choose business.

And take note they didn't start their business after droping out from college, they start before college and was also expanding also.

Now tell me how many of our secondary school student can start a business while in secondary school, and went on to college.

They have a system of education which we don't have here. That's why you will see a technical school graduate over there coming to do expertraite and heading people with master degree, if na lie go to all these multi national companies and please visit the Chinese company also.
