For those that have USA PayPal account, you can get Diamond Bank Savings Visa Card linked to your USA PayPal account irrespective of the address you used.

With that,you can just load your account with Diamond bank with naira equivalent of what you want to pay for online should in case you do not have up to the amount you want to pay for in your USA PayPal account balance at the point you need to do faster and instant checkout without waiting for your paypal balance to be funded by another Paypal account.

access is much better, I always use access, I'm using eco now because my access atm expired, awaiting for the new one.
If You ve access bank visa atm use it. They don't charge as high as these other banks.

Correct. I testify. But I don't know what the current exchange rate is. Generally though, the way and manner all these banks arbitrarily and exorbitantly exchange the $ to N is akin to fraud. Imagine: interest rate, high; exchange rate; expensive; support, zero; motivation, absent; morale, low. Yet guys are sacrificing and striving daily not to become a menace to themselves and the society.

UBA is worst...I was at their Prepaid Card Department at their Head office in Marina last year.
I spoke with their prepaid card manager on a joint venture with their UBA Africard but I had to
let it go considering how they were charging me per $.
