Your phone is not Windows Phone 8. It runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango. For it to connect to your system, you will a software called Zune. Also google Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango for more info.

What about the bluetooth issue?

Check if there's access point in your settings. If it's not there, then look for it in the windows store. Alternatively, I'll paste a link here should you not find it. That will be when I log in with a better phone.

wasn't in store, but I've downloaded it. Didn't open in settings though

I'm using a 925. This happens to me sometimes so what I normally do is to toggle with using an APN and not using any settings at all, reboot ma phone. Then it jux starts working again.

Hold your power down button + power button and wait for about 15 seconds till your phone vibrates. It will then reset.

Try reading this and also this. Basically, the person said something about uninstalling the apps showing that and downloading the latest.

Thank you. I tried uninstalling the app. Now installing again is giving me a new error code: 8000405 undecided

Is something wrong with WP store? sad

its been impossible for me to upgrade my phone to the next OS (still in Lumia black), the metre goes halfway then stops with an error code. Someone suggested I reset my phone and try again but doing so could wipe off my downloaded apps and that's why I need a soft reset.
