But that was after I contacted them via phone call that I had paid through direct bank deposit and I'm yet to get payment confirmation in my account! !!

I wonder when people will start getting the worth of their money in this country.

Imagine. My payment was confirmed and i got their automated email, i get that like every week since i made the request. No real response as to if they have a problem with my details or not. Its just sad though. Thanks for sharing. i know i am not alone.

If you want to send an electronic transcript, you don't request for it for 2k. Also, the 17k includes cost of getting it over there quickly.

Like in the case of hardcopy transcripts, after you've paid 2k in the bank to order for it. You have to pay a certain amount depending on how fast you want it to reach the destination except you want them to use postal box which takes a long time and may not meet the deadline.

Your explanation is not convincing. I always do the manual and pay 500 naira for registered post using NIPOST and it takes only 5 working days to get there except for Australia that takes one and half week.

You can fill a form in the school to request for electronic copy at a cost of 1k.

The continued relaying of d automated mail you have been getting simply means they have not digitized and pushed your transcript for onward delivery. My advice is call them with your dilemma. They'll ask you to send your name, Mat no and year of graduation via sms. Only then will d process begin #talkingfromexperience

Does the 2k include your transportation cost to the school? or do you make the manual request via the internet too?

IFE is a great school.. I need not be there in person to request for it. I only ask students I know to request on my behalf after supplying all the necessary info.

Eventually visited UNN like i said and was told all transcript requests must come through the portal https://alumni.unn.edu.ng/itranscript . Visited the transcript office (records) and i even saw the courier guys about to pick up a new batch of request for deliveries.

For student copy, simply address it to yourself. That's what i'm about to do. So far, so good. Nsukka dee je!!!
