Please how does one knows a school is flagged? i.e a school that visa officers considers unacademical.
Is WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY A GOOD SCHOOL FOR ANY GRADUATE ENGINEERING PURSUIT?

So which of the schools do you know that does not require GRE so I can start checking them up for my course and some other factors to be considered

Hult International Business School. They also admit people easily. They do not ask for GMAT or GRE for Masters programs except MBA.

It is so simple
go to Google search
Type in toefl gre tests lagos (or wherever you live)
You get a long list, I found this

Wayne SU can't be a red flag o, it was ranked 34th among US pharmacy schools as of 2004 by d US news n world report. That's all I know abt d sch.

Wayne has a very good computer science program and it is quite competitive too. I am not sure about their engineering programs.

Check the ets website. It has more than enough information on test dates, resources and identification. The only twist is the registration payment for your test in which you might need a Paypal account and a mastercard, GTB offers a good internet banking system. Please try and prepare for the test well and ask questions here anytime. We will be willing to help you with test materials and advice. Good luck!

TOEFL is easier. But IELTS is accepted depending on the school. TOEFL is generally accepted. I will advice you write TOEFL.

Do your school research, know the requirements of each school and decide on the one to write. Be sure to choose schools with similar requirements. In my own opinion, the odds favour toefl because it's easier, straight forward n more acceptable even in Canada. Ielts is important if you wanna do Canadian immigration.

You don't need a PayPal account if you have a visa card. Even if you wanna open a PayPal account, a master card from any bank offering internet banking would suffice.
