So people actually think the lives of the cocaine sellers are more important than the lives of the people destroyed by the drug?

The principle is simple, in death penalty cases, every effort must be made to determine innocence were it exists. In this case, it never happened, instead Buhari back dated his so-called evil law to ensnare the young people. He did not even wait to see if people would obey his laws or not, instead he achieved his auto erotism by spilling peoples blood unjustly.
A good example, if you still don't understand, if to say that every boy who urinates on his bed would flogged 10 times. Then, you go back and find 3 boys who urinated on their beds very long time ago when they were just babies, who are now older, and you flog them just to prove a point to yourself and appear as if you're fighting enuresis. Do you understand this principle now! It's not even about politics, but about basic human right.

Kai!! I believe people actually dumb themselves down for politics. So killing a drug dealer is now wrong? Do you know how many people are killed in the process of them enriching themselves not only lives of the users but innocent lives that get caught up in the process? They broke the law.

That's how one Jonathian was telling me that Buhari shouldn't jail and we should forgive corrupt officials because when people like us get there too won't we want them to forgive us? So basically what he was saying in essence is he already knows, he already plans to steal if/when he gets there. Nigeria is a secular state. And the penalties under the law were applied. There cannot be apologies for that. All this culture of begging after you have done something wrong should stop.
