Ghana defeated Algeria so they have head to head advantage. That was why Nigeria lost the world cup slot to Angola back in 2006

congrats to Ghana for their admirable resilience to fight back, goes to show how strong their mental strength is! as for Banana Banana...the less said the better, but the fact that they were always the first team to score in their group yet concede and even loose says a lot of their weakness, if only Nigeria had a serious coach with some brains, we should easily have thrashed this weaklings in Uyo.
