Whatever! It's my daughter we are talking about and not just anybody. It's the house help that will determine the way i will treat her. If she treats my baby right i will also treat her right but if she abuses my baby i will also unleash on her. So issues like this are subjective
So threats of violence or violence is justified where your daughter is concerned yet you come her ranting about the evils of abuse

That means you are not different from those who can seat their housemaids on hot stove or beat them

Is that not hypocrisy

i am a career woman doing night duty most of the time,i presently do not have an househelp/nanny for fear of wat might be going on wen im not around.Going for night duty leaving my kids, with my hubby and housemaid brings so much tots to my mind.wat do i do?Not even this era of hubby and househelp digging it while u er not there.Really so afraid
@OP:

What kind of job do you do that is 'mostly night duty'?

And since you work nights, What do you need a maid for since I am assuming you ll be at home during the day.

Like i said earlier she will be the one to determine how I will and should treat her depending on her actions. If she's good to my baby i will be good to her and if the reverse is the case she too go hear am. It's a simple matter of do me i do you law . No need for sentiments or putting me on a guilt trip. E no go work
