What they are trying to do is recalibrate the polling program so that one out of 10 votes for Buhari will be captured while the other 9 would not reflect even though it would appear to be accepted but every vote would count for Jonathan. Even without their so called magic ip multiple votes were being recorded for GEJ and from different browsers so their statement is a big joke. If you vote from firefox for one candidate you can still vote from google chrome and other browsers for the same candidate which would make it 3 or 4 votes from one person to one candidate and that has nothing to do with any ip. Their software developer is a learner and gave them a crappy program.
