I think it is not basically spiritual. You have exposed urself to sex at a tender age, it has become part of you. What made it worse was that u were doing it with your daddy. It became a daily occurence and things like that are usually very sweet. However, you must work fiRst on urself. Visit a doc who will diagonize you, and youu will be fine.
