Paedophilism is between an adult and a minor--the minor is being lured to engage in the act without wanting to do so.

The minor is usually with undeveloped sexual organs unlike the adults. Persistent sex might lead to death.

In most news & articles about gay men/women that I've read, their relationship encompasses more than having sex and they can actually reciprocate love towards each others like heterosexuals.

Paedophiles can't love children except sexually. Even if they do, the child won't reciprocate it.
In ALL cases, minors regret the act after he/she had grown up - it shows they never fancied doing it.
