With that said about love, I still stand strong that love comes first in relationship. I have faced through tough time s with my then bf, but we let love menifest into out union and we are happily married with two kids and financially sound. All thanks to who? God. And God is about Love too. If u dunno God, u dunno love.

I do know what poverty is, though I have nvr experienced it on my own, but love is still number one even u face poverty.

I have seen young children in Somalia in poverty, orphaned and starving, but love kept them alive ,looking after each other just to keep them alive. That is love. Money will helped them , but love is their salvation.

We are not saying money is not important butt we are only disagreeing it is more important than love. You see, when a woman loves you like truly, she cares less about the bling bling, the luxury and whatever gift one think they can afford, all she thinks is to be with you, struggle with you to ensure both of you survive, encourages one and can even work her life out to sustain you. I haven't experience such love yet but I see women everyday around me who are more of a breadwinner and loves their men with all their heart.

The society we have around us, as the OP said-computer age, is one that places so much emphasis on cash and security that as we become more involved in such a system, we find ourselves unconciously changing the way things were supposed to be.


If cash becomes scarce suddenly, we see the way it affects every1 like as though it was oxygen. Gf fumes, bf rages, wife nags, husband swears, etc.


This happens over time and space and soon we find it hard to determine if love is more important, or less to sustain a mutual relationship.


Now the way i see it is this- this is probably a game plan to make money more important to this generation as we grow up.


Money cant buy love, but now whats the mindset all over- without cash, you cant find love.


So money gets powerful, love is now cheap. Let everyone think if he/she is towing this mindset the society is making us to believe subtely. True love is currently scarce and soon may fade away. (thats the point)

From the real sense when there is real love I don't see any reason why two people cannot work together and take care of themselves selves.

Love is more important because money will always come. It is a tool. But love is what sustains the relationship when there is no money. Money cannot keep a relationship without love. Money is necessary but cannot be compared to true love. True love is only visible where there is no money.

Love ALONE is not enof. A good relationship needs both love and money to have some balance.

U dont need all d money to be happy in a relationship. If u can have all ur NEEDS met, and not all ur wants, den ur cool. And ladies, ur partner doesn't have to be ur walking ATM machine. U shd be able to take care of urself too na.

You are right to an extent, money seems more important especially now that relationships and marriages are no longer hinged on love but on convenience. But then, marrying a woman who is with you because of your money is like collecting gifts from satan because she will definitely go when the money is gone.
