Nne lolzzz... What is checked is not bulk or block number of all the votes cast. What GEJ need is just to win in 24states. If GMB gets 3million votes from 2 states while GEJ gets 2.9million votes from 24states if it covers 2/3 of all the states GEJ will he decleard the winner...

You're only partially right.
The constitution requires at least 25% of the vote in 24 states and the FCT AND a majority of the valid votes cast. Therefore, if your scenario occurs, there would be a run-off election.
