Justice Elizabeth Ipejime on Friday at the High Court in Osogbo declared Osun state governor, Rauf Aregbesola of the All Progressives Congress winner of the election tribunal.

Aregbesola had defeated PDP’s Senator Iyiola Omisore during the polls with 392, 284 votes to 292, 742 votes but the results were contested by Omisore and the Peoples Democratic Party.

Both Aregbesola and Omisore were absent in court but were ably represented by their party’s agents.

Though I don't subscribe to some of your govt policies, as long as you are one of the harbingers of the one to save nigeria,GMB,by preventing PDP from rigging the state,as they did for Fayose;I celebrate with you and the people of the state of Osun.
P.s.With the leaked tapes of Fayose being rigged in in Ekiti state,it becomes clearer how omisore cud get such a large number of votes of about 292,000 compared to the 392,000 of ogbeni rauf.Another thug was almost rigged in.

Congrats to our people in Osun state. PDP did everything to rig that election but the electorates were so resolute. Having failed to repeat what they did in Ekiti as we now know, they want to steal the state through the back door.

He (Omisore) thought he could manipulate the Tribunal as he did when he was in Prison - winning a Senatorial Seat during a PDP administration in the State.
GEJ will get vote in Osun for sure, I don't think he could get more than a thousand votes!
