OMG!!!! You have your computer infected with a Ransomware. A very brutal one at that. well sha all hope is not lost.

Firstly lets restore your computer to an earlier date before the infection.

- Restart your computer and press F8 repeatedly until you get the WINDOWS ADVANCE BOOT OPTION
-Choose the SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT OPTION
-When the command prompt comes up type CD RESTORE and press enter
-Then type rstrui.exe and press enter
-You will see the system retore dialogue box Click ENTER
-The new page will show a list of restore points (Hope you have restore points sha oooo). You can click the show more restore points if you are not satisfies with the ones you have.
-Click NEXT and click YES then your computer will be restored and your files recovered.

After restoration download Malwarebyte on https://www.malwarebytes.org/downloads/ install and use it to scan your computer then we can commence with a training on how to be safe on the internet.

What is your system configuration?

1) Press Windows + R key to open Run dialog.

2) Type or copy and paste msconfig into the Run dialog and click Ok to continue.

3) Click on Services tab and click on the small box close to Hide all Microsoft services and click Apply.

4) Click start tab and disable all the file running and click OK.

5) Download Malwarebytes and scan your system. Delete any malware found and restart your system.

6) Download Showdoexploer meant for your system from Here. Install it.

7) Restart your system and continue to press F8 to enter the Windows Option and select Safe Mode from the list and press ENTER key.

8.) Run the Shadowexploer and select the time before you had the attack and restore to a particular folder you created or external drive(for better practice).

9) If you restore to a folder within your system copy the folder to external drive and restart your system.

If you couldn't succeed with the instruction above you can download this decrypt software from Here. Extract it and run the decry-cryptodefense.exe and extract you encrpty files and folders.

I hope that helps!

Simply uninstall all the unknown programs and toolbars from your Control Panel and remove extensions from your browsers.
