I used to b a psp owner b4 it was stolen 4rm me....and now i feel like i wanna get anoda handheld console but then i was thinking maybe i should skip that and get a ps vita which is superior..........but the downside of it is that the vita games are quite xpensive compared to psp games,
some vita games are sold 4 dsame price as ps3 games and dats d reason i may not go 4 it........but is there a way i can play ps vita games without havin 2 download it 4rm the store? Or buying the disc?.....is there any place i can go, to download ps vita games at a cheaper rate just like i do with the psp?

Actually you can't play physical PSP games on VITA, you can play digital/downloaded PSP games on VITA.

The device is backwards-compatible with most PlayStation Portable games; however, its lack of a UMD drive limits this capability to those titles which have been digitally released on the PlayStation Network via the PlayStation Store.[100] PS One Classic titles were not compatible with the PS Vita at launch;[101] however, Jack Tretton announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2012 that they would be available for Vita in the future. Some PSone titles became available in system software update 1.80, released on August 28, 2012. The Vita's dual analog sticks are supported on PSP games; the right stick can be set to mimic either the D-pad, the left stick, the L and R buttons, or the face button cluster of the original PSP system.[102] The graphics for PSP releases are up-scaled, with an optional bilinear filter to reduce pixelation.[103]

I think a phone would be a better idea. I say android in particular because an iPhone might be out of your price range, especially since only a 6/6+ has a big enough screen for enjoyable gaming. Although a flagship android might cost up to twice as much, you've gotta remember you'll be getting a lot more value for your money: much better cameras, faster internet, calls, SMS, more versatility etc. Also, the android gaming library is much bigger than the Playstation's. There are a lot of free games of all sorts of genres. The graphics of modern android games are on par with those of the vita. You could also get emulators for PSP games. The downside is that there are no physical controls which is usually preferable. I will recommend a Samsung Grand, OnePlus or something close to that. Also, some underrated brans like Asus and Huawei make good phones too. It all comes down to personal preferences and budget.

Vita might be slightly better with the graphics though. Phones are a bit too casual while Vita is more hardcore(as 'hardcore' as handheld gaming gets).

Yeah, the Samsung Grand Prime is about the same price with the Vita, the Moto G and HTC Desire 620 are even less and they've both got decent specs too. I'm waiting for the Asus Zenfone 2.

Thanks prodG and others even though most of em are still around ps2 graphics (slightly above)....they are still nowhere near vita graphics though.....smartphone games are the future of handheld gaming.....no arguments there.
