Don't see anything wrong with the rule. If u choose to go to a private University (knowing fully well they have rules n regulations guiding them) they U abide by their Rules.

Nobody has to blame the school. If you can't cope with their rules, why not go public university. All of you traveled to Dubai and you were subjected to the same "no display of public affection rules" and you complied.
