Please, How much do you fix the infinix zero screen? Mine got cracked last night and now its unresponsive. I also stay in lagos and i would like to know where i can meet you so you can fix it for me. Although my warranty is still intact, I have misplaced my receipt and i dont know what else to do. So, what's the price?

Go to Carlcare, i didn't use any receipt when fixing mine.

I didnt need it, but just to be on the safe side, but they will check their system to verify your warranty and all. Just take your phone's pack for your imei number to be collected.

Wow! How long did it take them to fix it? And just in case I have to fix it on my own, how much will it cost me?

7 working days, if I can still remember vividly. If you reside in abj then you 'may' have to go there after 5 working days, they dont call even when the device is ready. If its the calibrator then lets say 5k under,and you get it instantly. Free+time spent vs money +time gained.

You better go to Carlcare they will fix it for you. Some people on the Infinix Zero thread complained bitterly about this Dude saying he tampered with his Phone back Camera and all he said was Sorry.Feel free to check the Infinix Zero Discussion Thread

Infinix zero 1 screen got cracked badly. Top half of the screen is responsive while the lower half was paralyzed. Took phone to carlcare last saturday and was hopeful of having it fixed and ready for pick up in at least 2 weeks time. Last time I fixed a damaged screen there (a tecno phone), I was charged 5k and had to wait like 2 weeks before it was fixed. No shaking.

Got surprised when I reached there and the customer turnout was low. Seemed Tecno and Infinix have fixed their usually troublesome common phone issues that brought people here frequently. This place was notorious for hosting rowdy, unsatisfied customers who needed their phones repaired. Anyway, I met a customer care lady and explained my mobile predicament.

She took the phone and looked at it for few seconds...

N14,300! She replied unflinchingly

I was like seriously? Phone I bought for 23k on konga?

She replied that's the way it is...

I sat for a while, weighed my options and decided it wasn't worth fixing it at that amount. Would rather add more money to buy another phone instead. Decided to try the ninjas at Computer Village, Ikeja.

Walked randomly through the digital complex for a while and saw an idle engineer. Said it was a touchpad issue and would need to be replaced. Luckily, they sold phone screens, touchpads and other smartphone accessories right in front of his tent.

Bought gala and fayrouz then waited few hours while the surgery lasted. Tested a few touchpads (because my phone was obviously selecting). Finally got one that matched and bonded with it. Phone was closed up and powered on. All parts of the screen came back responsive.

Everything cost me around 4k.

Came to the conclusion that the niggers at carlcare are charging exorbitant fees in order to scare customers away from their office.

Pls I had a similar scenario where my infinix zero 2 screen cracked and wasn't displaying any longer. I went to calcare office here in Abuja and they charged me 15,600 around March this year and gave me 2weeks for collection. To my surprise 3weeks later they couldn't fix it and when I asked them whether the screen is available they said yes but maybe my panel board was affect and that will cost me additional 10k which I now told them dat they r lying cos when anyone calls me my phone will ring but can display cos of d screen and they said they will recheck it again and later they told me that d screen is out of stock. I wasn't happy wit them cos they think that their high price will scare me away but I have some vital doc in it and I can't extract it out becos I put d USB on charge only d last time I used it on my PC, if not it won't border me much. But I still need help on d possible remedy. Thanks

That's serious... Those guys at carlcare are clueless... I went there to get a tecno phone fixed at one time and they told me they don't have the parts. That I should go to computer village...
