Says postponement of election orchestrated by PDP
Mohammed Aminu in Sokoto

Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Aliyu Wamakko, on Sunday called on the service chiefs and the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mr. Suleiman Abba, to resign immediately for orchestrating the postponement of the February general elections.

Wamakko to Service Chiefs, IGP: Resign Now for Dereliction of Duties

Wamakko made the call following the postponement of the Presidential, National Assembly, governorship and state assembly elections to March 28 and April 11 for security reasons.

Speaking with newsmen in Sokoto, Wamakko averred that all the service chiefs and the IGP should resign now for failing to perform their duties.

He maintained that they had failed the nation and Nigerians and as such had no reason to remain in office.

"The service chiefs and IGP should, therefore, honourably resign as they could not guarantee the elections as their statutory and civic duties," Wamakko said.

The governor emphasised that the postponement of the election was uncalled for and not the required plausible solution to their phobia.

According to him, the elections should have gone ahead on February 14 to allow Nigerians to elect the candidates of their choice in line with their quest for change.

Insurgency that could not be defeated in 6 yrs will suddenly be defeated in 6 wks. GEJ magic!

Was the elections time table not out more than a year ago? If they genuinely meant well for Nigeria, they wouldn't wait until the 11th hour to decide to address the problem of Boko Haram. Foul Play!

I'm not moved though, cos I know they will fail as usual. Remember, that's the way they asked for 6 months State of Emergency and still failed. Clueless!

This miscalculation on the part of Dafti and his cohorts will backfire, and finally reveal their Incompetence and desperation to the undecided voters. He may even loose some of his followers. More votes for the People's General.

Any sensible person knows it was orchestrated by PDP. Why are the service chiefs all so interested in our security, if they had been this serious from the beginning, boko haram may be no more.

By the time this election finally holds, Goodluck might have lost all goodwill he previously had from the reviving of triains and other things. If PDP doesn't play their cards well, this 6 weeks postponment will put the final nail on the coffin of their Presidential bid

MARCH OVER, A NEW DISCOVERY.
WILL HISTORY REPEAT ITSELF?
The moment I heard dat the General Election was postponed till march 28th 2015, I took a swift action into history & gladly discovered dat dis postponement is an Aural of Divinity. March is very significant in the political History of the world. President F.Kennedy of US, an opposition candidate won Presidential election in March 1968. Former Zimbabwe prime minister, Morgan Tsvangirai lost an election to an opposition presidential candidate, Robert Mugabe in the month of March. I also glanced through ukraine history and saw how a ruling party lost presidential election in march 2003. March is always a good time to march over and take control. It is the best time 4 an opposition party to march over and win election. Buhari is fully ready to march over. Please join the marching Team today.

Let's 'March' Buhari 2 Aso Rock #GeneralMarch4Buhari (GMB)

That's true because it's their duties. Even in syria and other war zone country they held elections. It's because Nigerian Government doesn't have a shame that called for postponement of election on the ground of insecuirty.
