The guy who comes last is probably a Nigerian who has a sense of entitlement. NOBODY gives you anything, you have to reach out and TAKE it.
Nigeria has influence in africa which is why what happens in Nigeria matters to the sub-region and the world at large. It makes sense for them to ally with you rather than isolate you. Question- If the US stopped commerce with Nigeria, who'd lose more? They already don't need our crude, and last I looked, their economy is growing and creating jobs. How's ours doing?? The US is not the problem, it's wanting to lay the blame at every other person's doorstep asides our own that has gotten us to the mire we're presently in.

Mister, please stop making sense on here will you?

Most of the nimrods here are failed visa seekers who are just using any opportunity to lash out at the U.S.

One dindinrin, after lambasting US then fessed up on how he came here for 3 months to study. Why didn't he go to Turkey, Somalia, to study?

Just so you know, it was requested by my company on my behalf for a 3month training and they gave 2years-I wouldn't know why, I probably would still had gotten it if I applied on my own-that I wouldn't know as I prefer elsewhere for vac. Since you've made an uninformed conclusion, I'll leave you with that. Not everybody ride on same mediocre train like you. This will be my last response to you, its a waste of time responding to u. Goodluck and all the best.

But so u know I said 'training' not 'study'- and not everybody is dying to go to the US like you, so many people even want to come back, ask your folks there if you got some, they're just scared Nigeria ain't working yet. And if they don't, they demand for more time. Lol!

I do have faith that Nigeria will work again, hopefully one day. The government of the day is destroying everything, the purported change is bringing in violence. It's well.

No mind them. They talk from both sides of their mouth.

They refused to help fight Boko Haram. They refused to help us fight Ebola.
Like Ebola, we will defeat the scourge of Boko Haram. That time, they will come & learn how to fight ISIS, Al Qaeda and co.

I nor blame them. I blame Buhari.

If Buhari had not overthrown our democracy in 1983, our democracy would have matured and stabilised by now.

America already face fierce competition with China, Brazil, India & others. They surely don't want another stable and powerful kid on the block like Nigeria, rising in Africa.

Support Nigeria to effectively hubble a murderous group whose name is 'western education, western civilisation is evil', the US will not do!
Give Nigeria cover internationally in the on-going war against Boko Haram, the US will not do!
Sell Nigeria urgently needed weapons to prosecute the war, they will not do!
Allow other countries to sell Nigeria vitally needed weapons to tackle the insurgency, they will not do!
Prophesy doom to nigeria that it will collapse in 2015, they hurriedly do!
Instantly castigate Nigeria when its electoral body independently and legally decides to postpone elections by some weeks, they hurriedly do!
IT DOES NOT NEED A PROPHET OR SHAMAN TO KNOW WHAT THEIR OBJECTIVE TOWARD NIGERIA IS!!!

Nigeria's National Security is not up for US analysis and appointment. It's best for America to focus their energy on ISIS they created, which actually is the inspiration to Boko Haram.

Under normal circumstance, an extreme Islamist like Buhari was supposed to be banned from participating in politics in the first place. We must not give him a chance to ruin what remains of their military anarchy of decades.

The postponement of election in our country Nigeria is purely our own internal affairs and as such US and countries of d world have no biz as far as we are sovereign nation. In fact, US have no reason to be disappointed, or better still they (US) will continue to be disappointed cuz we will continue to do things in our own way and as it suits us. US refused to sell weapons to Nigeria to prosecute war against terrorism under the pretends of human rights, they stopped patronizing in the purchase of Nigerian oil all because they see Nigeria as potential rival in African continent. They are sponsoring Boko Haram in Nigeria as a away to contain the rivalry of Nigeria against the US using their CIA & refusal of sales of weapon. US will fail in their plans to cause the dismemberment of Nigeria nation because God is on the side of Nigeria. God will continue to frustrate US and some Nigerian elements like,Oby,Ameachi & co whom out of poverty of their brains & minds, selfishness and ego, have made themselves available to be used by US forces against their own country. The postponement of the said ELECTION from February to March & April does not change the handing over date,so how does it affect our democracy? After all ,previous elections were conducted in April,so what is our stress now? Ameachi, out of his usual arrogant, pomposity, ego & immaturity had said will take to the street to protest the postponement of the election,we are waiting and watching. Security of lives & properties is not something to toy with, cuz during and after election there are bound to be crises that could lead to destruction of lives & properties, so why should any man with his right frame of mind allow election to go on or take place without security? This singular action of Jega has proofed the stuff he is made of. There are eggs and there are eggs.

It's amazing that people on here are saying that the US should mind their business because they refused to sell Nigeria weapons. Why should they sell us sophisticated technology when Boko Haram has raided our armory and stolen our own weaponry. We have no track record of securing our own personnel and equipment yet America should give us the benefit of the doubt? That is truly insane.
nigeria ask us for arms since the time of the chibok girls saga
while the raiding of the army weapons by bokoharam started recently

There is not going to be an Election, because he knows he has already lost by a land slide considering the rocky structure in the PDP!

But only God can thwart this plan of his.. Click like to say Amen!! cool

All this nonsense were u dey write, its just for you to have plenty likes abi? This freedom of speech thing is making some animals to start vomiting sawad foods from their stomach just to discredit a president which u can't even dream it for the most wealthy person in your family to become in 100 years to come. If u can't contribute to the growth and togetherness of this country u better shut up because all this heating up of polity may bring what we will regret at the end. when did the politicians, opposition, and USA start showing that they care for this country? just becoz of their personal interest (oil block) and other things we may not know they wana cause problem in the country, painting GEJ as the worst leader in the history of Nigeria, creating and supporting boko haram to use it as a distraction to his administration. I want to ask the people calling for GEJ to be voted out: which Nigerian president before GEJ did outstanding well without enriching himself, friends and family with nigerians riches while the masses suffers? they all had their flaws and we celebrated them but in GEJ's case they are making it look as if he created all the problems we are facing in this country maybe because he is from the minority sate or region in the country and some ignorant youths are buying it. my take is, as the Niger Delta oil is sweet to the whole country and all the ex-army generals, northerners and the yoruba owning 80% of Niger delta's oil blocks, I expect the Niger delta son should also be sweet and accepted in the country as well because what is good for the goods is also good for the ganders. Voting for GEJ re-election might bring the paradise we've been dreaming of in this country because I see his administration flushing out all the oil and political cabals in this country and it will lead to giving out the oil block license to credible people in the country which might have connection with the common man on the street that has not tasted the nigeria oil wealth and blessing. Personally I am tired of hearing same names getting richer everyday, I want common men to emerge as the new millionaires and billionaires in this country. #votewisely.
