I still feel sorry for him anyways.
ileobatojo:
I'm telling you!

I'm sure this is the way the other mumu ones that ended up killing their wives behaved. Later they will snap and use their might to kill. No brains, all brawn. If this man had been building his case when he realized he was in a bum marriage,he would have had the upper hand in the divorce. Instead I'm sure he beat her out of frustration giving her the upper hand legally and undid himself finally.

It does matter o. Though I agree that people mature differently. But from personal experience, seriously. A 22yr old is probably a bit young for marriage in our type of age. Too many distractions and opportunities to mess up if one is not mentally ready for such a commitment. And it does not matter the location. The madam cheater from yesterday who died in the line of passion was probably also married off very young. I can bet on it. She had 4 kids by 35. Lolz. She also found a younger man to oil her engines. Men should marry women in their age group Abeg. So that as you are malfunctioning, so is she. So we avoid emotional stories that we see everyday on NL.
I kind of agree with you even though I know people mature differently.
Personally there are things I did just last year that seemed so cool then but if you offer to pay me today I won't even consider them let alone do them.
How much more a 22yr old.

But this woman was still carrying on even in her 30s. Said the stuff happened 12yrs ago and she's 48now means that at age 36,she was still frolicking around.

She should have known better.

I guess when she was displaying her youthful exuberance, nobody was available to call her to order. No good parents to tell her to desist, instead they supported her and she eventually grew the habit since she was getting away with it already.

The only part of the story when I got misty eyed for him was when he talked about missing his mom's burial. But even then, if he did anything to legitimately get himself in trouble with the law, he would be largely to blame for that.

With the way this man is so judgmental of her village and town I can only imagine how judge mental he was of her. And by the way, when you are the bread winner in an extended family, your famy members will do your bidding. Typical Nigerian parent behavior. As she is the one probably taking care of a lot of family responsibilities. No one will call her to order if she messes up.

Greatly ,
A reputable handsome man @early fifty and still rolling in the mud ( that he failed to do eons ago) with his wayward spouse? Tuah! I'd let it slide and enjoy my 401k in peace, if in his shoes @ that age. What's left sef? undecided

The man needs to move on, by the time a woman cheats on you they are usually completely tired of you and ready to move on. They should sit down plan visitation rights and part ways,
I wonder who put this two together, complete mismatch, all the Sparks gone, nothing to salvage here, next please.

south east nigeria.
the queen had to practically send british marines to fight them so they can stop selling slaves. google arochukwu confederacy.

can you now see this man has mentioned virtually everything we say here? he's not twice her age. he didn't go to nigeria to marry her.

he was a chartered accountant - assistant chief internal auditor for NNPC. he was rolling in money in nigeria - until this evil wife pushed him to USA.

what's the excuse? grin
He's a complete fool for leaving that job to come to the US. Even for his Wife.

I also don't think he is. He clearly doesn't look or sound it. He's being driven by frustration to do this, not by sincerity. At the same time, the woman might have had her excesses too.

Totally unwise. She could have gone ahead, while he stayed behind to pursue his own career. Couples do this, don't they?

Houston is only an 11 hour non stop flight away from Lagos via United Airlines. You need 80,00 miles to get a free flight. So every 5th flight should earn a free ticket.

the wife is evil.....

she denies him sëx, she calls police on him whenever he demands his conjugal rights. all along, she was giving it to ovie free of charge while starving her hubby. on top of that, she compares her hubby with her co-worker.

he met her on campus & she was a christian while in school o. the next chic that tells me she's born again would get a dirty slap from me.

buncha hypocrites! angry angry
How can an intelligent man like you generalize so easily?
